 Estate of Christianna Fraser, late of Pictou, Widow, deceased, Testate

 Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

 In the name of God, Amen.

 This is the last Will and Testament of me Christianna Fraser of Pictou in the County of Pictou, Widow of the late James D.B. Fraser deceased.  

 I give and devise to my unto my Sons Frederick W. Fraser and Robert P. Fraser their heirs and assigns all my lands Real Estate with buildings shop stores and garden situate on the south side of Water Street in Pictou Town extending from the same Southerly and joining Commercial Street at the South or rear. To Have and To Hold the same to the said Frederick W. Fraser and Robert P. Fraser their heirs and assigns subject to payment of the yearly sum or annuity of One hundred and twenty Dollars to each of my daughters Catherine Fraser and Agnes Fraser during the natural life of each of them respectively, and I charge and subject the said devised lands and real estate with the payment of the said several annuities.

 I give and bequeath unto the said Robert P. Fraser my share and interest in the "Home Marine Insurance association of Pictou" , which he now holds for me in his own name.

 I give and bequeath unto my son Frederick W. Fraser my share and interest in the "Pictou Mutual Insurance association" which he at present holds for me in his name.

 I give and bequeath to my son Henry Fraser the sum of One Thousand Dollars which he is to deduct and retain out of the money for which he stands indebted to me.

 I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred Dollars to my son James D. Fraser for his own use.

 I give and bequeath to my daughter Catherine Fraser, an annuity of One hundred and twenty dollars payable to her yearly during her natural life by the said Frederick W. Fraser and Robert P. Fraser their heirs and assigns and charged and Secured on the Real Estate as devised in the first clause of this will.

 I give and bequeath to my daughter Agnes Fraser a like annuity of One hundred and twenty dollars payable to her yearly during her natural life by the said Frederick W. Fraser and Robert P. Fraser their heirs and assigns and charged and Secured on the Real Estate so devised to my sons Frederick W. Fraser and Robert P. Fraser. And I give and bequeath all my household furniture to the said Catherine Fraser and Agnes Fraser for their own use.

 All the residue and remainder of my Estate ad Property, Real and Personal I give devise and bequeath to the said Frederick W. Fraser and Robert P. Fraser their heirs and assigns to be equally divided between them, and I appoint the said Frederick W. Fraser and Robert P. Fraser  Executors of this my last Will and Testament.

 In witness whereof I have hereto my hand and Seal Subscribed and set  this twenty eighth day of November A.D. 1873.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of two pages, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Christianna Fraser, late of Pictou, in the County of Pictou, Widow, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou this 24th day of October A.D. 1893.
