I Alexander David Fraser of Westville in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia Labourer being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills and Testamentary dispositions heretofore at any time by me made.

I hereby appoint my brother William Fraser of Westville to be the executor of this my Will I hereby direct my said executor to pay all my just debts, funeral and Testamentary expenses as soon as possible after my decease.

I hereby bequeath to my son John Duncan Fraser my large family Bible I hereby bequeath to my grandson Fraser McNeil the small house on the western of the house I reside in together with a strip of land running from Church Street bounding the Eastern side of said small house parallel to Lorne Street to rear of lot and all of my lot where of said live

I hereby devise and bequeath to my beloved wife all the real and residue of my property real and personal including lands I own at Union Center Middle River in this County also the homestead in which I now reside to be hers during all the term of her natural life and at her decease whatever remains now expected to be the property of my grand child Joseppeson Fraser In the event of the death of my wife before the Legatees above mentioned come of age I hereby authorize my executors to sell the real Estate if he should consider it in the interest of the Legatees to do so and to give the proceeds to the legatees above mentioned

In Witness Whereof I have here set my hand this twentieth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and two

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Alexander David Fraser late of Westville in the County of Pictou Labourer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the fifth day of April AD 1904.
