Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds
I Mrs Elizabeth Culton of Stellarton in the County of Pictou being inform in body but of sound disposing mind and memory do hereby publish this my last will and testament.
First I give devise and bequeath unto James A McKay of Fox Brook my sisters son the sum of fifty Dollars and
I Second give devise and bequeath unto David McKay the sum of fifty Dollars
Third I give devise and bequeath unto Anna Elizabeth McKay of Fox Brook the sum of Twenty Dollars
Fourth I give devise and bequeath unto Mary McKay James A McKays daughter the Sum of twenty Dollars
Fifth I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter Myra McMillan the sum of three hundred Dollars
Sixth I give devise and bequeath unto Helen Elizabeth Higgins the sum of fifty Dollars
Seventh I give devise and bequeath unto Mrs Elizabeth Osborne three hundred Dollars and a feather Bed
Eighth I give devise and bequeath unto the Young Mens Christian Association for the construction of their building in Stellarton the sum of one hundred Dollars
Ninth I give devise and bequeath unto my sister Lilly the sum of one hundred Dollars
Tenth I give devise and bequeath unto Mary Elizabeth wife of Alexander G Grant the part of Building now owned and occupied by me also my feather bed and bedding and all cooking & household utensils Sideboard and other furniture also the sum of eight hundred Dollars, the foregoing bequests are to be paid out of money deposited in the Bank of Nova Scotia and also in the Dominion Savings Bank.'
I hereby order and appoint as executors of my estate George Gray and George McIntosh.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Elizabeth Culton late of Stellarton in the County of Pictou Widow deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the twenty sixth day of May AD 1904.
