Certified Copy of Will of W. I. Clark
I William Isaac Clark of West River in the County of Pictou in the Province of Nova Scotia Farmer being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and Testament hereby revoking any former wills and Testamentary dispositions heretofore at any time by me made.
I hereby appoint my brother Rev Daniel McD Clark and my wife Catherine F Clark to be executor and executrix of my Will.
I hereby direct my said executor and executrix to pay all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses as soon as possible after decease and erect a suitable monument to my memory
I hereby give devise and bequeath to my two sons Aubrey Harris Clark and Daniel Smith Clark jointly and equally all my personal property and real estate of every kind whatsoever of which I may be possessed at the time of my decease The said Aubrey H Clark and Daniel S Clark are to enter into possession at my decease of the personal property and real Estate herein willed to them on the following conditions viz that they work together on the lands devised to them and untiredly labor to Sustain the house and household as I have hereto done with the decease of my wife Catherine F Clark that in lieu of Dower they shall support their mother and provide her with necessary food clothing medical care and attendance and every visual comfort of life with the use of home and Carriage when needed by her and with the use and occupancy of one half of the old home with furniture therein if she desires it and to pay her twenty Dollars per year during her whole life, and that they shall also give a place in the home with their mother to my daughter Emily while she needs it or until married and that they shall give a home and maintenance to my children Warren Oliver and Marguerite and an education sufficient to enable three children to make a living for themselves marry or leave the home of their own accord
The above conditions shall be fulfilled to the reasonable satisfaction of my executor and executrix and that the properties devised and bequeathed herein shall become the lawful possession of the said Aubrey H Clark and Daniel S Clark their heirs also assigns forever otherwise the said properties may be taf** or tafei**by my executor and executrix for the purpose of fulfilling the said conditions

Signed published and Declared by the said William Isaac Clark as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses to the execution hereof

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of William Isaac Clark late of West River in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the sixth day of June AD 1904.
