Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

In the name of God Amen

I Isabel Chisholm of Lismore in the County of Pictou in the Province of Nova Scotia Spinster being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and Testament hereby revoking any previous wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made.

1st - I hereby my sister Annie Chisholm of Lismore of the County of Pictou as my sole executrix of my last will and Testament directing my sole executrix to pay all my lawful debts funeral and Testamentary expenses as soon as expedient after my decease.

2nd After the paying of my said debts funeral and Testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate which I may now or hereafter be possessed of or intitled to in the manner following that is to say

3rd I give devise and bequeath to my beloved sister Annie Chisholm of Lismore all my real and personal estate which I now or hereafter be possessed of or intitled be her heirs and assigns forever

In witness whereof I have hereunto signed my name this twenty third day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven
