No. 22 Held an inquest this 14 August 1859 at the old Court House in the County of Pictou on view of the body of Prosper Paul an Indian found dead in the woods in the farm of James Fogo Esquire
— Verdict —
That the said Prosper Paul came to his death on the 13th day of August year aforesaid in the woods on the farm of James Fogo Esquire near the town of Pictou, by the visitation of God
