Will of Edwd Graham, Deceased

This is the  last will and Testament of me Edward Graham of Westville in the County of Pictou, Truckman, hereby revoke all former wills.
 
I give bequeath all my personal property of every nature and discription to my son William Graham subject to a legacy of one hundred dollars to be paid by him to my daughter Catharine Miller within three years of my death.

I devise and bequeath all my real estate to my son William Graham subject to the dower of my beloved Wife Annabel Graham. I nominate and appoint Struan G. Robertson of Pictou, Barrister to be the executor of this my Will. Dated at Westville this seventh day of February A.D 1907.

Signed,published and declared by the above named Edward Graham the same having been first read over and explained to him, as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us both present at the same time, who at his request and in his presence, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Edward Graham late of Westville in the County of Pictou Truckman deceased which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 2nd day of March AD 1907.

Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 2nd day of March AD 1907.
