Estate of William A. Fraser, late of Virginia City, Merchant, deceased, Testate
Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
I, W.A. Fraser of Virginia City Story County and State of Nevada, Merchant being of mature age and of Sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament written with my own hand and of my own free will and accord.
And regards my property I give and dispose of the same in the following manner -
First - I give and devise to Elizabeth Mary Fraser my wife one House and Lot No 38 on South A. Street.
Secondly - One Hundred and fifty acres more or less in the Fish Pool Farm on the East River Pictou County Nova Scotia.
Thirdly - Also all the personal property that I may be owner of at my Death.
I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Elizabeth Mary Fraser Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, the executrix is not required to give Bonds, written with my own hand and accord this 26th. day of January 1892.

The foregoing instrument consisting of one page besides the following was on the 19th. day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety three Signed and Sealed and published as, and declared to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request, and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of William Archibald Fraser, late of Virginia City, State of Nevada, Merchant, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand at Pictou this 10th day of March A.D. 1897.
