Marriages.
GORDON - FRASER. At the Sea Side hotel, Mulgrave, the residence of the bride's uncle, on the 5th inst. by the Rev. Jas Carruthers, Alexander R. Gordon, Avondale, and Hattie L. Fraser of Mulgrave.
Deaths.
McINTOSH. - At Blue Mountain, May 28th, 1906, Alexander McIntosh, aged 80 years. Mr. McIntosh was a native of Berkshire, Scotland.
FRASER - At East River St. Mary's, James, eldest son of the late Alex and Lizzie Fraser, aged 13 years.
McGREGOR - At Astoria, Oregon, on May 20th instant, James Malcolm McGregor, aged 62 years. The deceased was born in Big Island, Merigomish. His body was buried at Lower Barney's River, May 21st. The funeral service was conducted by Rev. Mr. Campbell in the church at Merigomish. The deceased gentleman was an old subscriber to the Eastern Chronicle and paid up to June 1, 1907.
