approximately 21 cm x 13 cm x 14 cm, top reads Tobin’s “Peerless” Soldiers’ Comfort Boxes, Strong

and Reliable, To The Sender Fill me to the brim with good things (not exceeding regulation weight,

wrap me in stout brown paper – tie me with strong cord – address me fully and distinctly then send me

on my message off love I’ll deliver the good, Postal Rates England, 12¢ per lb. Limit 11 lbs. Sold only by

leading druggists, grocers and new dealers, J. Tobin & Sons, Ottawa, Canada. On the side

handwritten in ink -Mrs. E Fraser, PO Box 350, Pictou, N.S. Canada
