Description
The question regarding this property and the advertisement for its sale is: Is this a different parcel of land than that parcel of land later owned and occupied by John Mockler's son Patrick Mockler that is located between Brule Corner and Middleton Corner? It is understood that Patrick Mockler's land also originally consisted of 300 acres. that is where the similarity begin and end.
The advertisement describes land on "Point Brulie" and is located on a harbor. Patrick Mockler's land was certainly not on the harbor and not located on the point. Therefore, we can only assume they are different Paracelsus of land.
