James Robert Elliott, engineer, son of William Harvey Elliott and Catherine Jane Cameron Elliott born 25 October 1892 at Salt Springs, Pictou County, NS.

James Robert married Annabell Campbell, daughter of Charles and Jessie MacLean Campbell of Pictou on 8 August 1928.

James Robert died 12 April 1961 at the age of 68.
