Description
This Instrument made the 24th day of July 1917 witnesseth that Sir Edward Carson Lodge of Loyal Orangemen No 2460 of Pictou, N.S. hath rented from the Pictou Young Men's Christian Association the apartment known as the gymnasium in the Association building in Pictou for three years from above date at the yearly rental of fifty dollars payable quarterly on the first day of each quarter to the Treasurer of the Pictou Young Men's Christian Association.
At the Expiration of said above mentioned term the said above mentioned Lodge agrees to give the said Young Men's Christian Association peaseable possession of said apartment in as good condition as when taken.
