Obituary for Thomas Daniel Mingo son of John Mingo and Martha Wilson. Thomas Daniel Mingo died 27 December 1956.
Truro, Dec 28. - Thomas Daniel Mingo, a prominent farmer and a highly regarded resident of Central Onslow, passed away yesterday afternoon at his home following an illness of two months. He was in his 87th year.
The late Mr. Mingo was born in Tatamagouche and came to Central Onslow in 1905 where he was active in mixed farming until his illness. Deceased took a great interest in farm organization. He was also prominent in church work and was an elder in the First United Church.
He is survived by his widow, the former Bessie L. Henderson of Waugh's River; three daughters, (Mrs. Myrtle) W. W. Purdy and Mrs. (Irene) J. P. Sweeney, both at home; and (Grace) Mrs. (Dr.) M. H. M. Blumenkranz, Ossining, New York. Several grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive.

The Christmas Cantata article would be about 1913. It mentions Harold Wilson McKay, son of George Calvin McKay and Margaret Nina Wilson was four years old, Harold was born in 1909.
