Nita DesBarres, self proclaimed "Mad Potter of Pictou", born 1900 and died 1976.

Nita was the daughter of Frederick and Stella DesBarres. She had two sisters, Marie and Dorette.

Blue glazed pot with lid. Large crack along bottom of pot. Three chips along rim.
