Surveyed from James Patterson to Mr. Mortimer 20 pieces hardwood containing eight tons and thirty three feet and 1 ps. spruce seventy eight feet at [James Landing?]. Also three and a half [cords?] lathwood and one dozen [handprints?] 1 peice of the above hardwood contains eleven feet which is board [...?]
