Know all men by these presents that I Jane Hogg of Pictou in the county of Pictou, widow, executor of the last will and testament of Andrew Hogg late of the same place Esquire, deceased and sole legatee under the said will in consideration of the sum of one dollar of lawful money of Canada to me paid before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have sold, assigned, transferred, and set over, and by these presents do sell assign transferred and set over and by these presents do sell, assign, transfer and set over and James W. Hogg of Pictou Island in said County, lighthouse reefer, his executors, administrators and assigns to his and there own proper use and benefit all my right title and waterish as such legatee and other wise in and to a certain indenture of lease hearing date the date of ___ in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty, made by James Carrey of Pictou Island aforesaid and Rachael his wife to the said Andrew Hogg, deceased, of a certain lot of land and right of way and premises situate in said Island and in the said indenture of lease wore particular described together with the appurtenances to have and to hold the same, being one third of the entire witness Conveyed in my paid lease, for unto the said James W. Hogg his executors administrators and assigns for the test remainder of the years mentioned in said lease suspectable to the terms thereof; and also all my right title witness such as executors and legatee otherwise in the said lease Andrew here and in all the stock in trade and property of every description belonging to the said after the part, wherever the same many be together with all debts and things in action due said firm from all persons, the said right witness hereby transferred being one third fair share of all said property, debts and chose sin action of said _____ to have and to hold the same to the said James W. Hogg his executors, administrators and assigns forever.
