Will of Angus Sutherland, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This Indenture made this twenty first day of August 1908 witness that I Angus Sutherland of the Vale Road near New Glasgow being in poor health but of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament.

My will is that l the property to which I shall be entitled at my decease shall become the property of my wife Catherine Sutherland to which I bequeath the house and lot on the Vale or Thorburn Road near New Glasgow to be hers forever without any conditions whatsoever.

I also nominate and appoint as executors to this my last Will and Testament Catherine Sutherland my wife and Simon Ross of Blue Mountain.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Seal this day and year first above written. Signed           Angus Sutherland     (L.S.)

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Angus Sutherland late of Vale Road in the County of Pictou Laborer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 11^th. day of February AD 1909.
