No. 24 Held an inquest at Pictou this 6th day of November 1859 on view of the body of Alexander Daniel McNeil
Verdict
That the said Daniel McNeil came to his death on the 6 day of November year aforesaid in consequence of his clothes having caught fire on the morning of the fifth day of November year aforesaid in the room occupied by his father Paul McNeil in the town of Pictou during the temporary absence of his mother
