September 1857
No. 12 Held an Inquest on Friday the 25th September on view of the body of John Frale, a seaman of American schooner Quindar Captain Walls — Verdict That the said John Frale came to his death by accidentally falling into the water in Irvings Dock on Wednesday evening last the 23rd September instant between the hours of 10 and 12 o'clock and was then and there drowned.
