Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the Last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth McNaught of Pictou in the County of Pictou, Widow of late Joseph McNaught deceased.

I give, devise and bequeath unto my adopted daughter Elizabeth Sutherland of Pictou in the County of Pictou wife of Daniel R. Sutherland of the Town and County of Pictou, Commercial Traveller, all my real estate and personal property of every nature and kind whatsoever and wheresoever situate at the time of my decease To Have and To Hold the same unto her the said Elizabeth Sutherland her heirs and assigns forever for her Sole and separate use and benefit free from the debts control and engagements of her present or any future husbands.

I hereby revoke all former wills and testaments by me at any time heretofore made.

I nominate and appoint the said Elizabeth Sutherland Sole executrix of this my said Will.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I the said Elizabeth McNaught have hereto set my hand Subscribed and Seal affixed this twenty fifth day of February, in the year of our Lord eight hundred and ninety eight.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Elizabeth McNaught late of Pictou in the County of Pictou Widow deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 18th. day of July AD 1911.
