Will of John MacKinlay, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the last Will and Testament of me John MacKinlay of Blink Bonnie in the Town and County of Pictou, Farmer.

I give, devise and bequeath all my real estate and all my personal estate of every nature and kind whatsoever and wheresoever situate at the time of my decease unto my three sisters Mary MacKinlay, Euphemia MacKinlay, and Ann MacKinlay all of Blink Bonnie aforesaid Spinsters for the lives of the of them or any two of them

I give and devise the same to the survivor her heirs and assigns forever.

I nominate and appoint the said Mary MacKinlay, Euphemia MacKinlay, and Ann MacKinlay and the survivors and survivor of them Executrixes and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament.

I hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto my hand and Seal set and affixed this third day of July AD 1900.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of John MacKinlay late of Pictou in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 17th. day of December 1907.
