Will of James A. McIntosh, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds

This is the last will and Testament of James A. McIntosh of Mountville in the County of Pictou, Esquire

1. I will and bequeath to James w. McIntosh my son after payment of my just debts and funeral expenses all the real and personal property I possess including the homestead on which I now reside and other land owned by me also the horses livestock, farming implements, carriages waggons, sleighs, sleds, household furniture, kitchen utensils and all other articles connected with and used in my business as a Farmer.

2. I appoint James W. McIntosh my said son as sole executor of this my last Will and Testament.

In Testimony whereof I have hereunto my hand and seal subscribed and set at Churchville this 21st. day of April A.D. 1904.

McIntosh late of Mountville in the County of Pictou Esquire deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 26th. day of December AD 1905.
