Will of Alex McIntosh, deceased

Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

This Indenture made this 10th. Day of May 1904 witnesseth, that I Alexander McIntosh of Blue Mountain in the County of Pictou Province of Nova Scotia Framer being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills made by me.

First I devise and bequeath to my beloved wife all the property to which I shall be entitled at my decease both real and personal or received Cash or monies cattle sheep and all and every thing including the farm on which I now reside to the sole use and benefit of Margaret Elizabeth my beloved wife forever without any conditions whatsoever.

I also appoint as executor to this my last Will and Testament my wife Margaret Elizabeth McIntosh.

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affix my seal this day and year first above written.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Alexander McIntosh late of Blue Mountain in said County, Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 17th. day of July AD 1906.
