Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

This is the last will and Testament of me Mary McDonald of Bailey's Brook in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia Spinster I hereby revoking all former wills

I devise and bequeath and appoint all the real and personal estate which I am seized or possessed of or entitled to or over which I have any power of appointment to my beloved sister Annie McDonald of Bailey's Brook aforesaid Spinster and I appoint her the Sole executrix of this my will.

In  Witness whereof I have Subscribed and Set my hand and Seal this 24th day of September AD 1910

Signed Sealed published and declared by the above named Mary McDonald  as and for her last will and Testament in the presence of us both present at the same time who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Mary  McDonald late of Bailey's Brook in the County of Pictou Spinster deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 26th. day of October AD 1911.

Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 26th. day of October AD 1911.
