I hereby give and bequeath all my personal property and real Estate to my sister Mrs. Thomas A Fraser of Mill Brook

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of James Berry McDonald late of Lime Rock West River in the County of Pictou deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 4th day of February AD 1910.
