Will of Catherine Ann Ross, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

Know at all men by these presents that I Catherine Ross of Lansdowne in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and ordain this my last will and Testament.

In the disposal of all the worldly goods of which I die possessed I give device and bequeath in the manner and form following viz.,

I give device and bequeath to my daughter Christy Ann Longfell the City of Boston in the State of Massachusetts all my real estate and personal property of whatever nature or kind for her sole use and benefit forever.

I lastly nominate an appoint Daniel Ross of Lansdowne in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia sole executor of this my last will and Testament revoking and annulling every former will if any claims to touch appear.

In witness whereof I the testatrix have hereunto subscribed my name and set my seal in the presence of these witnesses present together on this thirty first day of July AD1907.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Catherine Ann Ross late of Lansdowne in the County of Pictou Widow deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 28th. day of December AD 1911.
