Estate of John Ross late of Irish Town, Tailor, deceased, Testate
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

Know all men by these presents that I John Ross, Tailor of Irish Town, County of Pictou, Province of Nova Scotia, being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this is my last will and testament as follows, viz.

I will and bequeath to my wife Catharine Rofs all my real and personal property of every kind which I may possess at the time of my death, for her sole use and benefit and to be disposed of at her death or previously as she is in her judgment may deem proper.

I do hereby appoint my wife Catharine Ross my executrix, and my son Henry William executor of this my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I do hereby affix my name and Seal,  this seventeenth day of February A. D. 1880.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of part of a page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of John Rofs late of Irishtown, in the County of Pictou, Tailor, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou, this 28th. day of August A.D. 1880.
