Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

The  last will and testament of Edward C. Lloyd of Pictou in the County of Pictou Master Mariner

I give to my daughter Ella the bedroom furniture furnishings and other articles used by her in her bedroom

I give to my daughter Sophia the bedroom furniture furnishings and other articles used by her in her bedroom

I give and devise my lot of land and dwelling house in Pictou to my wife Mary for her life and at her death to my daughter Gladys absolutely provided that mu daughters Ella and Sophia shall while they remain unmarried have their home therein and at present enjoyed by them

The residue of my real and personal property I  give and devise to my wife Mary subject to the payment of my debts funeral and Testamentary expenses( the **is now the property of my daughter Ella)

I appoint my wife Mary  executrix of this Will

I  revoke all former wills by me at any time made.

Witness my hand this sixth day of March A.D., 1899.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true and correct copy of the last Will and Testament of Edward C. Lloyd  late of Pictou in the County of Pictou Master Mariner deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 24th  day of October AD 1901.
