Description
Philosophical Lectures
Rev. Dr. McCulloch is now delivering a course of lectures upon natural philosophy, illustrated by experiments, to the ladies and gentlemen of Pictou, a certain sum has been _ for the winter course, and the proceeds are to be laid out in the purchase of additional apparatus. We know no amusement, which is at once no delightful and instructive as this; and it would afford us great satisfaction, if we could enjoy the same intellectual treat in Halifax.
