Will of Isabella Auld Deceased

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

Know all were by their presents that I Isabella Auld of Piedmont Valley, in the County of Pictou, Widow, do make publish and declare this my last will and testament.

I give devise and bequeath unto my friend Samuel Glenn of Piedmont Valley in the County of Pictou and Province aforementioned all my property of every description consisting of all my rights - titles and interest in the farm on which I have long resided also all my personal wealth consisting of livestock, implements and houses on property of every description to have to his use and his heirs and assigns absolutely.

Also I do lastly consider and appoint the said Samuel Glenn to be executor of this my said last Will and Testament.

Given under my hand and seal at Piedmont Valley this seventh day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and two.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper written is an true and correct copy of the last Will and Testament of Isabella Auld late of Piedmont Valley in the County of Pictou, Widow, deceased, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in said Court on the 3rd day of March AD 1902.
