Description

The gravestone of George (Twitter) William Johnston, a well-known clown from the Pictou area, is located in the Pictou-Haliburton Cemetery.

It reads:
"GEORGE (TWITTER) WILLIAM JOHNSTON
March 29, 1889 - April 29, 1962
'To talk beneath the moon
To sleep beneah the sun
To live in a land of going to do
And die with nothing done."
