Estate of Anna A. Harris, late of Pictou, Widow, deceased, Testate
Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
This is the last Will and Testament of me Anna A. Harris of Pictou in the County of Pictou, Widow of the late William H. Harris Sheriff.
I give and devise all my undivided Share and interest in the estate of the late Thomas Ormison to my Children Margaret F. McLeod, J. Simpson Harris and Mary A. Glennie in the proportion of one fourth each to Margaret F. McLeod and J. Simpson Harris, and one half to Mary A. Glennie.
I give and bequeath to my daughter Margaret F. McLeod to her separate use all debts and sums of money due owing or accruing, due by her husband John D. McLeod to me, whether personally as Executrix or legatee of William H. Harris, or otherwise howsoever.
I give and devise to my son J. Simpson Harris all my undivided Share and interest in the lot of land west of the Gaol on the South Side of Church Street in the town of Pictou owned by my son George S. Harris at the time of his death.
I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Mary A. Glennie all my farm at Carriboo River, all my lot of land on the East Side of South Market Street, all my household furniture monies mortgages and bank stock and all other the residue and remainder of my real and personal estate of whatsoever nature and kind.
I appoint J. Simpson Harris Executor and Mary A. Glennie Executrix of this my Will.
In witness whereof I have Set my hand to this my will this twenty seventh day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty eight.

Signed by the above named Anna A. Harris as her last Will in the presence of us both, being present at the same time, who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page and part of a page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Anna A. Harris, late of Pictou, in the County of Pictou, Widow, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand and the Seal of the said Court at Pictou, this 22nd day of December A.D. 1890.
