Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
I John Halliday Farmer of Glengarry in the County of Pictou and in the Province of Nova Scotia being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all other wills by me at any time heretofore made
I I hereby constitute and appoint John Cameron of Glengarry Pictou County N.S., John McDonald of Lorne Pictou Co. N.S., to be my executors of this my last Will and Testament directing my said executors to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses and this legacy hereinafter given out of my estate
I I After the payment of said debts and funeral expenses I will and bequeath to my beloved daughter Alexina Jane Halliday all my personal property wherever found
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this fifteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and one

Signed published and declared by the said John Halliday for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in the presence of each other and at his request have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true and correct copy of the last Will and Testament of John Halliday late of Glengarry in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 27th day of March AD 1902.
Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 27th.day of March AD 1902.
