Will of Joanna Gunn, Deceased
Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
I Joanna Gunn of Pictou in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia now residing in Yarmouth Yarmouth County Province of Nova Scotia Widow being of Sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament.
I direct that my executor and executrix hereinafter named after my decease shall convert all my real Estate into money the same to be disposed of by them to the best advantage either by public or private Sale as they shall deem best or most expedient and after payment of all debts due by me and the expenses incidental to my estate they shall divide the remainder of the proceeds into five equal parts to be distributed as follows
One share to my beloved daughter Helen S. wife of William G Fraser one and one half shall to my beloved daughter Hattie J Gunn, one and one half share to my beloved daughter Anna A Gunn the remaining one share to be divided as follows
One third of the remaining one share to my beloved Grandson Ethelburt M Fraser and two thirds of the remaining one share to my beloved Granddaughter Hattie J Gunn to be deposited in a Bank chosen by the said executor and executrix till her eighteenth birthday for her own exclusive use and disposal: within one week of her eighteenth birthday the same shall be paid out to the said Hattie J Gunn by the terms of this my last Will and Testament, in the event of her death before her eighteenth birthday the said bequest shall revert to my beloved daughters Hattie J Gunn and Anna A Gunn share and share alike
I further direct that my executor and executrix hereinafter named shall give to my beloved daughters Hattie J Gunn and Anna A Gunn all my personal effects and household furniture for their absolute use and to be divided as the said daughters may deem best
I nominate constitute and appoint my son in law James R Brown and my daughter Anna A Gunn executor and executrix of this my last Will and Testament
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal affixed this sixteenth day of March A.D., 1903.

Signed sealed and declared by the above named Testator as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of each other of the subscribing witnesses and in the presence of said testator all being present at the same time at her request we have hereunto subscribed our names as

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true and correct copy of the last Will and Testament of Joanna Gunn late of Pictou in the County of Pictou Widow deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 26th day of December AD 1905.
Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 26th. day of December AD 1905.
