Will of Wm Grant, Deceased
Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
In the name of God Amen
I William Grant of Thorburn in the County of Pictou being of Sound and disposing mind and memory do make and declare this my last will and Testament as follows
1 I give and devise all the real Estate which I own on the Wentworth Grant to my second son John Duncan
2 I grant and bequeath to my eldest daughter Sophia Ann and also to my second daughter Margaret Catherine (both or any of them as the case may be as needing a house) to have a home on the said estate or homestead provided by the said John Duncan
3 I appoint the said John Duncan my son and John Grant John's son my nephew Executors of this my last Will and Testament.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this 29th day of July A.D., 1899.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of William Grant late of Thorburn in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 30th day of January AD 1908.
Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 30th. day of January AD 1908.
