Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

I john Grant of Marchdale in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia Farmer being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make publish and ordain this my  last will and Testament hereby revoking all former will by me at any time heretofore made

1. I hereby constitute and appoint Duncan Ross of Upper Hopewell and John M Dunbar of Hopewell to be executors of this my last Will directing My Said executors to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses and the legacies hereinafter given out of my estate

2. After the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses I give devise and bequeath all the residue of my estate to my beloved Sister Mary Bell Ross said estate consisting of any real estate monies or other personal property of which I may be possessed of at the time of my death

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty third day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve
