Estate of Donald Grant, late of New Glasgow, Carpenter, deceased, Testate
Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
I, Donald Grant of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, Carpenter, Do hereby make and publish this my last Will and testament.
First. I give devise and bequeath unto my son Angus Grant, the lot of land Situate on the corner of South George, and Prince Albert Streets, with the factory, office, and Storehouses and other buildings together with the plant, machinery, stock in trade, and the business.
Second. I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth Grant, all the rest and residue of my Estate real and personal.
I nominate and appoint Angus Grant and Sophia Grant my son and daughter, Executors of this my Will.
Dated at New Glasgow this twenty ninth day of December A.D. 1896.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of part of a page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Donald Grant, late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, Carpenter, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand at Pictou, this 30th day of January A.D. 1897.
