Estate of William Graham, late of West River, Farmer, deceased, Testate
Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
Know all Men by these Presents. That I, William Graham of Upper Settlement of West River, the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, Dominion of Canada, Farmer, being of sound disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament -
1st. I give and bequeath to my brother Alexander Graham, all that parcel of land now owned by me, and bounded by the lands of my father, Alexander Graham, the land of my brother Alexander Graham, and the land of Uncle Donald Graham, containing one hundred acres more or less (word with scratched out) to have and to hold the same to him, and his heirs and assigns forever, with the burden and conditions, namely, that he help his father Alexander Graham, as I have endeavoured to do when my health permitted me.
2nd. I ordain and appoint my brother in law William graham, as Executor of this my last Will.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal (word this is scratched out) in the presence of the Subscribing Witnesses this Second day of May on the year one Thousand eight hundred and Seventy four.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of William Graham late of teh West River, in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand at Pictou, this first day of December A.D. 1885.
