Will of Mary Ann Graham, deceased
Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
I Mary Ann Graham wife of Edward graham of Westville in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this as my last will and Testament
I do nominate and appoint the Reverend Robert Cumming Pastor of Carmel Church Westville executor of this my Will and Testament
I devise and bequeath to my beloved husband Edward Graham the use during the term of his natural life of the house and property in which I now reside situate on the north side of Church Street together with all the furniture bedding and crockery belonging thereto At his decease the real estate and personal property to be sold and proceeds divided equally between my two nephews John Roderick Collie of Rocklin Middle River and John David Crockett of Marshdale both in the County aforesaid.
I hereby direct my executors to sell a piece of land containing six acres more or less which I own situate at the east end of the Town of Westville on the north said of the Street leading to New Glasgow and to divide the proceeds as follows
To the Korean Foreign Mission of the Presbyterian Church in Canada one hundred Dollars
To my husband Edward Graham one hundred dollars
To my brother Daniel Collie twenty dollars
To my brother Anthony Collie twenty dollars
To Mary Ann Collie wife of brother Anthony twenty dollars
To my sister Elizabeth Robertiere** of Hardwood Hill twenty dollars
To Annie Graham daughter of William Graham Westville ten dollars
In the event of the sale of the piece of land aforesaid not realizing enough to pay these legacies and the expenses incidental to probating my will then the legacies shall be paid in the proportions above stated out of the money available.
I desire to state that it is my wish to be interred in Auburn Cemetery Westville and I hereby instruct my executor to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as possible after my decease also to see ot it that the lot where i am buried is properly cared for and a Tablet erected to mark my resting place.

Signed sealed published and declared by said Mary Ann Graham as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true and correct copy of the last Will and Testament of Mary Ann Graham late of Westville in said County of Married Woman which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 30th day of December AD 1905.
Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 30th. day of December AD 1905.
