Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

Know all men by these Presents
 
that I John Gordon of Landsdowne in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia Farmer being in the full possession of all my mental facilitates and of sound and disposing mind and memory Do make and ordain this my last will and Testament touching such worldly goods of which I die possessed I give devise and bequeath in the manner and form following viz

To my daughter Sarah Jane Gordon  I give devise and bequeath forty Dollars

To my daughter W. Evylin Gordon I give devise and bequeath forty Dollars

To my son Martin Henry Gordon I give devise and bequeath all my real estate and personal property of whatever nature and kind remaining at my death after the first two mentioned bequests are paid

It is my will that my said daughters Sarah Jane Gorgon and W Evylin Gordon have a free home on the homestead with my son Martin Henry Gordon so long as they require it.

I hereby nominate and appoint Robert Steward Station Agent of Glengarry in the said County of Pictou sole  executor this my  last Will and Testament and do declare this to be my last will and Testament hereby revoking and annulling all former ones

In Witness Whereof I the Testator have hereunto subscribed my name and Set my Seal this twenty first day of December A.D., 1901

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of John Gordon late of Lansdowne in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 6th  day of April AD 1903.

Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 6th. day of April AD 1903.
