Will of Daniel S Gordon, deceased
Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
I Daniel S Gordon of Glengarry Station Pictou County Province of Nova Scotia (Farmer) being of sound and disposing mind and memory doth make publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament and as to my worldly estate and all property real and personal or which I shall die Seized or possessed or which I shall be entitled to at the time of me decease I devise and bequeath and dispose of in the manner following to wit
1. I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Jannie Gordon all my real property with its appurtenances to have and to hold unto my said wife Jannie Gordon and her assigns forever.
2nd. I give and devise bequeath unto my beloved wife Jannie Gordon all my personal property to have and to hold unto my said wife Jannie Gordon and her assigns forever
3rd. I do nominate and appoint Daniel Fraser of Elgin Roderick Fraser to be my executors of this my last will and Testament
In Witness Whereof I the said Daniel S Gordon have to this my last will and Testament Subscribe my name this eleventh day of January ne thousand Nine hundred and six

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Daniel S Gordon late of Glengarry Station in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 30th day of December 1907.
Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 30th. day of December 1907.
