I Helen Gibson of Pictou in the County of Pictou Widow do hereby make publish and declare this my  last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills and Testamentary documents and appointments by me at any time heretofore made.

I hereby appoint James Yorston of Pictou in said County of Pictou Marine Ships Proprietor the sole executor and  Trustee of this my Will

In the first place I give and bequeath to the said James Yorston the five debentures now owned by me issued by the School Section Number One of the County of Guysboro being debentures 1,2,3,4 and 5 of the said School Section for the sum of two hundred Dollars each and amounting in all the  Sum of one thousand dollars together with the interest accrued and to accrue thereon in trust to pay thereout or out of the proceeds thereof all my just debts and funeral expenses and the Cost of having a Suitable inscription to my memory engraved or Cost upon the tombstone erected by me to my late husband in the New Cemetery at Pictou and out of the balance that shall remain of the said debentures or the proceeds thereof to **the sum of one hundred Dollars the interest of which is to be affixed to keeping my lot in the said Cemetery in order and the balance remaining after such payments and inventory I hereby give and bequeath to the said James Yorston absolutely to him his  executors and administrators  and assigns.

I direct and empower my said Trustee to Sell and Convert into money all the real estate that I shall died possessed and out of the proceeds thereof (insertion also written in margin and initialed) or property or  money in his hands to give to Susanna **Primrose, Rachel Primrose and Hazel Primrose daughters of my late friend Clarence Primrose Senator the sum of one hundred Dollars each and after payment of the foregoing legacies to give my niece Margaret Dolan at present of Pictou the sum of one hundred dollars.

 I give and bequeath all my household furniture and utensils and ornaments and beds and bedding to my niece the said Margaret Dolan and my niece Bridget McDonald of Stellarton Widow between them share and share alike.

All the residue and remainder of my said estate if any shall remain I give and bequeath to my said Trustee in trust to be by him applied in his own discretion to the requirements of Prince Street Church Pictou or to the Schemes thereof as he shall desire.

In Witness Whereof I the said Helen Gibson the Testator have to this my last will and testament contained in this and the foregoing page set my hand and seal this ninth day of April  A.D., 1904.(The same having been first read over and explained to said Testator

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Helen Gibson late of Pictou in the County of Pictou Widow deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 16th  day of June AD 1908.

Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 16th. day of June AD 1908.
