Estate of Victor Gerbal, late of Westville, deceased, Testate

Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I Victor Gerbal of Westville in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, Miner, being of Sound and disposing mind and memory  do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore at any time by me made.
 
I hereby appoint my friend Roman Fleury to be the Executor of  my  Will.

I  hereby direct my said Executor to pay all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses as soon as possible after my decease.

I hereby devise my two houses and premises in Westville to my friend Margaret Leverbussere during the term of her natural life- and after her decease to my friend Roman Fleury.

I  devise and bequeath to the said Roman Fleury my personal property which may be mine at the date of my decease.

In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this ninth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and ninety four.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Victor Gerbal late of Westville in the County of Pictou, Miner, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou this 19th day of April A.D. 1894.
