I, David Fullerton, of the town of Pictou, in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, Gentleman, do declare this to be my last will and Testament; and I do hereby revoke all former and other wills, codicils, testamentary dispositions and appointments whatsoever, by me at any time heretofore made.

I hereby nominate and appoint Albert McKean of Pictou aforesaid, land surveyor, and John D.P. Reid of Pictou aforesaid, clerk, executors of this my last will and Testament; and it is my desire that two-thirds share of such commission as my be allowed my said executors for their services in the closing up of my estate, shall be paid said Albert McKean, and that one-third share of said commission shall be paid said John D.P. Reid.

I direct that my real and personal estate, except such as in hereinafter devised, be sold and turned into money and distributed as in hereinafter set out.

I give devise and bequeath to my son John David Fullerton the sum of five hundred dollars.

I give devise and bequeath to my son George W. Fullerton the sum of five dollars.

I give devise and bequeath to son Edward A. Fullerton the sum of five dollars, and also my library books- not including the house books.

I give devise and bequeath to my grandson David Fullerton McLennan, my watch.

I give devise and bequeath to the "Trustees of George Street Christian Church, Pictou, Nova Scotia" the sum of five hundred dollars, for the use of the said church.

I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Ella Fullerton the sum of five hundred dollars, and also the iron bedstead,  bureau and two chairs, known as hers, and I also direct that my executors give to my said daughter Ella Fullerton out of the household effects, as much bed clothes, towels &c. as in their opinion was given to my other daughters on their marriages.

I give devise and bequeath to Robert Fullerton of West River Road in said County of Pictou, farmer, my driving carriage.

I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Laura Weaver my piano, or the proceeds of the sale thereof if she so prefer; I also direct that my said daughter Laura Weaver when accounting to my executors for the five hundred dollars loaned her by me, be charged no interest on said sum.

I direct that before the sale thereof, my children may be permitted to select such of my household effects as they desire, and that they are to receive the same from my executors at the appraised value thereof.

I direct that all the residue of my estate, after the payment of my funeral and testamentary expenses and just debts are paid, shall be divided in equal shares between the following of my children, that is to say, between John David Fullerton, Janet C. McKean, Margaret McLennan, Clara Reid, Ella Fullerton and Laura Weaver.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I, the said David Fullerton the testator, have to this my last will and testament contained on this and the preceding sheet of paper, set my hand and seal this eighth day of April  A.D., 1908.

Signed, made, published, declared, and  acknowledged by the above named David Fullerton the testator, as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us both present at the same time, who at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses, the above will having been first read to the said testator in our presence, and he seeming fully to understand the same.

 I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing typewritten paper is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of David Fullerton late of Pictou in the County of Pictou Gentleman deceased which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 24th  day of November AD 1910.
Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 24th. day of November AD 1910.
