This is the last will and testament of me William W Fraser of New Glasgow County of Pictou Saloon Keeper - I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease as follows
I devise and bequeath all my expenses in regards to funeral and headstone be paid first.
To James Fraser of Plymouth of the County of Pictou $50.00
To Mary Fraser wife of James Fraser aforesaid $50.00
To my brother Alex Fraser of Stellarton N.S. Saloonkeeper one pair of Spy glasses
To my nephew James Calder Engineer driver Pictou N.S. my gold watch and chain
To my sister Maggie Fraser Washington St New Glasgow $25.00
To Elizabeth Jane McBride Cash $120.00 and all my real estate and furniture
To my mother $200.00
To Henrietta Calder wife of William Calder Pictou N.S. $100.00
To Catherine R McDonald wife of James William McDonald Bridgeport $100.00
To Jennie Drummond Fraser daughter of my brother Simon Fraser of Halifax N.S. $50.00

And I devise and bequeath all the residue of my real and personal estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease to be divided equally between Elizabeth Jane McBride of New Glasgow and my mother Janet Fraser widow Plymouth Road, Pictou County and I appoint Simon Fraser of Halifax N.S. Proprietor of Julien** Hotel Argyle St Halifax and Alexander Fraser (Downie) of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Merchant Sole executors of this my Will hereby revoking all former testamentary writings.

In Witness Whereof I the said William W Fraser the testator of this my last will and testament contained in this and the preceding sheet of paper Set my hand and Seal this twentieth day of September A.D., 1901.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of William W Fraser late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the nineteenth day of November AD 1901.
