Estate of William Fraser, late of Island East River, Farmer, deceased, Testate
Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
I William Fraser of Island East River in the County of Pictou Farmer, make this my last Will and Testament. I give devise and bequeath my Estate and property Real and personal as follows, that is to say I give and bequeath into Alexander Fraser my oldest Son and into his heirs one undivided one half of my Real and personal property being the North side of the old home Stead bound and described as follows, on the East By the East River, on the North by lands of John McKenzie on the West by lands of Charles Urquhart on the South by the dividing line of Hector Fraser my son the same being one Half of my Real Estate, I also give to into my son Alexander Fraser of my personal property all my horses that I now own or will own at the time of my decease.
I give and bequeath unto Hector Fraser my son and into his heirs one undivided one half of my Real and personal property being the South Side of the old homestead on which I now reside bounded and described as follows, on the East By the East River on the South by lands of Robert McIntosh on the west by lands of Charles Urquhart on the North by the dividing line of the said Alexander Fraser my son. I also give into my son Hector Fraser all my cattle that I now own or will own at the time of my decease.
I give and bequeath into Annie my daughter of my personal property one Cow also six sheep also the said Alexander Fraser to give to Annie Fraser my daughter yearly one Barrel Flour, also our hundred pounds Oatmeal, also the said Hector Fraser to give Annie Fraser my daughter yearly One Barrel Flour also one hundred Oatmeal.
I also give and bequeath into Isabella Dunbar and into her heirs one Cow milch to be taken out of my personal property and after that all these bequests of personal property are duly given all my just debts and all funeral expenses defrayed together with the widow's dower and rights duly respected.
And furthermore I hereby appoint John McLean of Island East River Executor of this my last Will.
In witness whereof I have Signed and Sealed and published and declared this instrument as my will at Island East River on the twentieth seventh 27th. day of May One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Six - 1886-

The said William Fraser of Island East River on the said 27th. day of May 1886, Signed and sealed this instrument, and published and declared the same as and for his last Will, And we at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto written our names as subscribing witnesses.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one and a half pages, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of William Fraser late of Island, East River, in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand at Pictou, this 14th day of December A.D. 1886.
