Estate of William Fraser, late of Pine tree Gut, deceased, Testate

Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

In the name of God, Amen.
 
I, William Fraser, of Pine Tree Gut in the County of Pictou, being at present of sound and disposing mind, and knowing the uncertainty of life, do make this my last Will and Testament.

I give and bequeath to my wife Ann Fraser, all my personal property and Real estate of whatever kind.

I order that my wife shall make distribution by will of such property as shall come and remain in her hands, from my estate to my two daughters. Jessie Alice Fraser, and Georgette Agnes Fraser, as to her th said Ann Fraser, may seem just and equal. My other children being provided for, I leave my good will and blessing.

I order that all my debts due by me, be made a first charge upon my estate.

I hereby constitute and appoint my wife Ann Fraser, and George Olding my neighbour Executrix and Executor of this my last Will and Testament.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of William Fraser late of Pine tree gut, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou, this twenty third day of January A.D. 1883.
