 Estate of William Fraser, late of Bridgeville, Farmer, deceased, Testate

 Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

 Know all men by these presents that I William Fraser, Culloden, of Bridgeville, East River in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia Farmer, being of sound disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my Will and Testament as follows -

 First - I give and bequeath to James Fraser Jas Son my nephew  Twenty five acres across at the rear of my farm he to take possession at the decease of both myself and wife.

 Secondly - I give and bequeath to the Rev. James W. Fraser my nephew the rest of my Real property he to take possession at the decease of both myself and wife.

Thirdly - I give and bequeath to Jessie my beloved wife, is she survives me all my personal property including household furniture, stock, Framing Utensils, waggons, &.e.-Credits, monies, in one word all my personal property.

 Fourthly - I ordain and appoint James McKay Mill Brook and John Fraser A. son, my nephew my  Executors of this my Will and Testament.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand  and Seal and publish and declare this to be  my Will and Testament in the presence of the Witnesses named below this tenth day of Jany. A.D. 1884.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of William Fraser (Culloden) late of Bridgeville, East River, in the County of Pictou, Framer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou, this 29th day of April A.D. 1885.
