Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
In the name of God "so let be"
I William Fraser formerly of Tatamagouche in the County of Colchester and now of Fisher's Grant in the County of Pictou being weak in body but of perfect mind and memory and "knowing life is uncertain" do make and ordain this my last will and Testament
That after payment of my just and lawful debts I hereby devise and bequeath to my wife Catherine all my real Estate and personal property money goods chattels and effects whatsoever and wheresoever of every kind and description to be my wife Catherine for her use and benefit during her life and at her death to my beloved daughter Alice Fraser.
And I hereby appoint my brother Simon Fraser of Chance Harbour executor and administrator of this my last will and Testament
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto my hand and seal subscribed and set at Fisher's Grant this second day of June A.D., 1896.

Signed, sealed published and declared as his last Will and Testament by the said William Fraser in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other and at his request have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Thomas Fraser late of Pictou in the County of Pictou deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 29th day of June AD 1904.
Witness my hand at Pictou in said County this 29th day of June AD 1904.
